SHIPPING COSTS

No Complexes is determined to offer the best services to its customers.

The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the products.

Shipments outside the US may be subject to customs duties, as well as import taxes and/or additional charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price paid at No Complexes and cannot be predicted or calculated in advance by our team. The payment of such charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCTS EXPEDITION

Expedition deadlines may vary depending on the availability of the product or according to periods of greater volume of deliveries (for example, Christmas).
Orders with confirmed payment have shipment up to 48h after payment, except stock break or incomplete address. In the event of a stock break, No Complexes will contact the customer, proposing an alternative.

In order to provide the best customer service, we give great importance to the packaging of the products, so that they can be transported and received without damage. All orders are shipped in boxes and discreetly packed.

How can I track the order?
All our shipments have tracking number, regardless of the carrier. This is a security for the customer and for the store as it makes the process more secure and controlled.

DELIVERY

No Complexes sends products in partnership with the carrier Nacex, with CTT and CTT Expresso, varying the delivery times according to region.

After shipment, delivery times are:
US – Delivery in the next 1 or 2 business days.
Europe – Delivery within 5 to 9 business days.
Rest of the World – Delivery between 7 to 14 business days (5 more days for destinations outside urban centers).

No Complexes also has a partnership with DHL for urgent shipments. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days outside US after dispatch.


Delivery times can be influenced by the service levels of our transport service providers.
Compliance with agreed deadlines is above 95%. However, it is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strike, etc. Any questions please contact us.

If the order is not delivered within the aforementioned deadlines, No Complexes will immediately file a complaint with the carrier.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

In case of loss, the delivery insurance is automatically activated, having the client the option of reshipment of the order or the refund of the total value of the order.

The order is considered lost after the following deadlines:
US- 30 business days after shipping.
Rest of the world - 60 business days after shipment. *

* Upon entry into Customs, the application of the delivery deadline is suspended, as No Complexes cannot interfere with its internal procedures.


NOTES:

The expedition and the delivery period begin to be considered only after confirmation of payment by the Financial Institution, which varies according to the payment method chosen.

All our products are shipped from the US. Thus, purchases made outside the US may be subject to a customs duty at the entrance of the country of destination. Payment of this tax is customer's responsibility.

According to the quality standards of the carriers, delivery periods are met in 99% of cases.
